1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including P.O. Boxes and
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, where supported by the carrier) and Canada.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout (or within the marketplace platform) and
are subject to change.
United States (Domestic)
Orders over $50: Free standard ground shipping (where offered on the
storefront).
Orders under $35: Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at
checkout.
Canada:
Flat rate shipping: $35 (where offered on the storefront).
Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada): Customers are responsible for any
customs fees, duties, brokerage charges, or import taxes that may be applied by
local authorities.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated
on the product listing.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
4. Tracking
Where available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information
once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
5. Shipping Damage and Carrier Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for products damaged
or lost during shipping. If your shipment is damaged or lost, you may need to file a
claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged
items and contact us promptly so we can review your request under the “Exceptions: Damage or Our Error” section above.
