Returns & Exchanges Policy
This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies in addition to any platform-specific
policies that may govern your transaction (for example, Etsy’s policies). Where
there is a conflict, the platform policy and applicable law may control.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our offerings and the hygiene
standards applicable to apothecary and body care goods, all sales are final and
we do not accept returns or exchanges, except as expressly stated in the
“Exceptions: Damage or Our Error” section below, or as otherwise required by
applicable law.
2. Hygiene and Safety
Because our products may be formulated with naturally derived ingredients and
botanical infusions, we cannot guarantee the integrity of a product once it leaves
our controlled environment. To reduce the risk of contamination and to protect
customer safety, we do not restock or resell items once they have been delivered.
3. Biological and Art Specimens (Sold “As Is”)
Shadow boxes, bone curios, and other unique ritual tools featuring organic
materials are sold “as is.” These items are ethically sourced and professionally
cleaned/sanitized; however, due to their fragile nature and the inherent risks of
shipping biological or fragile specimens, these items are not eligible for return or
exchange except as required by law.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or
modified, as ingredients and components may be prepared specifically for your order.
5. Exceptions: Damage or Our Error
We do not accept returns for “change of mind.” However, we will address issues
that are the result of damage in transit or our fulfillment error, subject to the terms
below.
Damaged goods: If an item arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise materially
damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear
photographic evidence of (a) the damaged item(s) and (b) the external
shipping packaging.
Incorrect items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered,
contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will, at our
discretion, (a) ship the correct item, (b) provide a replacement, or (c) provide
an appropriate refund/credit, consistent with the applicable platform policy.
We may require the item to be retained and/or returned in order to process a
resolution.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
If you believe a package was stolen, you should contact the carrier and local
authorities as appropriate.
We recommend shipping to a secure location and, if available, selecting services
such as signature confirmation.
