Are your products handmade?
Yes. Nectar & Thorne products are made in small batches by the formulator behind the brand. Each batch is measured, blended, poured, labeled, and checked by hand. Small natural variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance may happen, especially with botanical ingredients.
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use a mix of botanical oils, butters, waxes, fragrance oils, extracts, and functional cosmetic ingredients depending on the product. Ingredients are chosen for skin feel, performance, safety, and the overall sensory experience. We are not built around fear-based “chemical-free” marketing. Everything is chemistry. The goal is thoughtful formulation.
Are your products cruelty-free, vegan, or eco-friendly?
Nectar & Thorne does not test ingredients or finished products on animals. Some products may be vegan, while others may contain non-vegan ingredients depending on the formula. We aim to make thoughtful ingredient and packaging choices where possible, but we do not claim to be perfectly sustainable. Product listings will include ingredient/material details so you can choose what fits your values.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that heat or cold during transit may temporarily affect the texture of butters, balms, oils, or wax-based products.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because these are personal care products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your package, contact us within 24-48 hours after delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
